When you think high culture, Playboy may not be the first thing that pops to mind. But CEO Christie Hefner, who sits on the board of the Business Committee for the Arts, actively supports art@work, a program designed to showcase employees' art. This month Hefner will sponsor an exhibition at her company's Chicago headquarters; she will be joined by corporations nationwide -- including General Mills, Pfizer, and Forbes -- in exploring the hidden talents of their staffs. "We learn about one another," says Barbara Hoffman, art curator at Playboy. "And it inspires a more creative environment."
