art@work® is a national program of the Business
Committee for the Arts, Inc. (BCA) that enables businesses of all sizes to
recognize and celebrate the creative talents of each and every employee by
inviting them to bring the art they create or perform to work and share it with
their colleagues.
This program offers a business the opportunity to show its appreciation of the non-work-related accomplishments of every individual, and it also sparks a new dynamic of interaction among employees, their families and friends, which frequently leads to new dialogues, team building and new levels of creativity in the workplace.
It’s easy to implement. BCA has a step-by-step guide that gets you started and takes you through the entire process of organizing art@work within your company. And, BCA’s professional staff is available to assist you by answering questions, offering suggestions about how to tailor the program to meet your company’s needs.
